Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services by BuffWrap Limited to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at www.buffwrap.co.nz. They are effective from 1 September 2025 and will replace all earlier BuffWrap terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.

We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.

To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 13 years of age or over.

Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply.

If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company, you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.

Availability and Supply

All orders are subject to the availability of products. If for any reason a product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.

Delivery and Delivery Charges

Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.

We only deliver to New Zealand (North Island) street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated otherwise, but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

An invoice will be emailed to you at the address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

Payment Options

We accept direct bank transfer as our primary method of payment.

After you place your order, our bank account details will be provided on the confirmation page and/or via email. Please ensure you include your Order Number as a reference when making the payment.

Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has cleared in our account. This may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is calculated once the customer has entered their delivery details at checkout.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be shown during checkout.
  
  
• Delivery timeframe: We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery is usually completed within 2–5 business days depending on your location.
  
  
• Shipping days: Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  
  
• Order tracking: Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to track your parcel.
  
  

Returns Policy

We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@buffwrap.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused and in original condition with packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Liability Limitation

Where you acquire or hold yourself out as acquiring goods or services from us for the purposes of a business, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply.

To the greatest extent permissible by law, we exclude all liability we may have to you for any claim, except where we have acted in bad faith. This exclusion also applies for the benefit of our officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers.

Our maximum liability to you (if any) shall be limited to the value of any faulty products or services supplied by us.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The Courts of New Zealand shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of, or in connection with these terms of trade, the website, or the supply of goods and services.

If you or any third party provides incorrect information and we incur costs as a result, you are responsible for reimbursing us, including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis.

Privacy Policy and Confidentiality

Unless you opt in to receive updates from us, we will not contact you for marketing purposes. If you do opt in, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

We use your personal information to fulfil your order and communicate with you. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected at any time.

We may use cookies on our website to enhance your experience. If you disable cookies, some website functionality may not work as intended.

We may disclose your personal information if required by law. While we take steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee website security beyond our control.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by notice, which may be via an update posted on our website at www.buffwrap.co.nz.

If any provision is found to be invalid, the rest of the agreement remains in effect. These terms do not intend to confer a benefit on any third party unless expressly stated.
